At The Dumbells Gym, we strive to provide excellent services and ensure member satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds for memberships, services, and products.
1. Membership Fees Monthly Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. If you cancel your membership before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following month. Annual Memberships: Annual membership fees are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you may request a partial refund for the remaining months, minus a processing fee of INR 20.
2. Personal Training and Classes All personal training sessions and class fees are non-refundable. However, if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, you may reschedule your session or class.
4. Special Promotions Any promotional memberships or packages that are offered at a discounted rate are non-refundable and must be used within the specified time frame.
5. Cancellations To cancel your membership, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. Cancellations can be made in person at the gym or via email to info@thedumbellsgym.com.
6. Exceptions Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness or relocation. Documentation may be required.
